When you need to really grab the attention of consumers, guerrilla marketing tactics can be a fantastic way to do that.
Guerrilla marketing is all about getting creative with advertising campaigns and shocking and surprising consumers. In an advertisement for Nike T90 shoes, the brand hired famous soccer player Cesc FÃ bregas to play with a soccer ball while completely engorged in flame. The use of such an extremely shocking stunt as part of their ad campaign created a stir among viewers, generating buzz for the brand as people shared the video and talked about it. It cut through the apathy and indifference people feel towards most commercials, jolting them awake and making them pay attention, thrilling fans of the soccer player as well as the many who watched this video and held their breath until it was over.

Known for creating a lot of buzz extremely quickly, guerrilla marketing tactics are great for sparking interest in a brand without necessarily needing to invest a large sum of money. Street dancing viral videos not only impact the people in the immediate vicinity of the campaign, but have also been known to resound throughout the internet to be viewed worldwide.
