We have to continue to be a product innovator as a leader in the fragrance industry. To differentiate ourselves we focus on providing the highest quality products and concentrate on staying cutting edge and credible as a fragrance leader with programs like ScenTrend.

How do you identify trends? What resources does your team use to spot trends and consumer insights?

We rely on our extensive consumer base for feedback and our scent knowledge to garner insights. In addition, we believe ideas can come from anywhere so we pay attention to adjacent industries, pop culture, current events, and we work closely with our fragrance houses to identify trends.
