What makes an innovative culture? How do you create a culture of innovation?
Nestle Purina PetCare breeds a culture of innovation. We truly believe pets and people are better together and maintain an office space where animals and humans can interact organically. We eat, breathe and sleep pets and that is our silver bullet for coming up with better insights and how to stay at the cutting edge. The culture is open, collaborative and always strives for continuous improvement. Another dimension to our culture is our strong record of success. Our culture expects to win and this pushes the entire team to be more efficient, strategic and better than before.
Looking to the future, how is Nestle Purina PetCare going to maintain being a leader in innovation?
We have to not rest on our laurels, avoid complacency and remain vigilant in monitoring trends. In accordance, we have to be more experimental and view failure as a learning opportunity. All of this in combination will further our success and perpetuate our goal of continuously enhancing pets' lives.
